Humanities problem is this:  Sin.  In the beginning through"one man(Adam) sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned" -Romans 5:12. It becomes clear that"We all like sheep have gone astray; we have turned—every one—to his own way"-Isaiah 53:6 

The BAD NEWS is that "the wage of sin is death" and dying in our current state, making a practice of sin, we can only have a fearful expectation of judgement because God will judge us based on his perfect law and for example even for "every careless word that people speak, they shall give an accounting for it in the day of judgment"-Matthew 12:36

So it is very clear that "'The Lord will judge His people.'  And the truth is that "It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God "-Hebrews 10:31 but the GOOD NEWS is that "the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord" and that even though we have "all sinned and fall short of the glory of God," we can be reconciled to God and "justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus." -Romans 3:23-26.

So, because of His great love for us, Jesus came, lived a perfect life we could not and died for our sins on the cross, was buried in the tomb, and rose again on the third day. Through this finished work he made it possible for us to be redeemed and rescued from sin and "the dominion of darkness" bringing us "into the kingdom of His beloved Son".-Colossians 1:13

Why? Because even though "through one man’s offense (sin),  judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life. For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous"- Romans 5:18

Therefore, "It is not by works, lest anyone should boast"- Ephesians 2:9

Now, we can again have fellowship and intimate relationship with God, our Maker! And we can look forward to Heaven as our new home! Glory to God ! "According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading!".

He is a risen King, now calling all people to come to Him and receive eternal life as a free gift saying :"Whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life!"(John 5:24)

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.​ And everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die." (John 11:25)

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil"-John 3 :16-20

Thats is why Jesus warned: "No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish"-Luke 13:3

Before Jesus was caught up in heaven, he left with these powerful words: “It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by His own authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”-Acts 1:7

 “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” -Matthew 28:18

We express our belief in the gospel through our obedience. We obey the gospel and apply it to our lives (Acts 1:8; 1 Cor. 15:1-4; 2 Thes. 1:8; 1 Pet. 4:17; Mark 1:15; Acts 15:7; Rom. 6:3-4; Acts 2:4, 37-39; 8:9-17; 10:1-48; 19:1-7).
